CertifiedMarketers.com stands behind the quality of our data. Our new mover and new homeowner lists are sourced from the National Directory Assistance File -- the most up-to-date data file on the market. Because of our nightly updates, we can guarantee that at least 90% of the records we provide you will be new mover households within the time period you specified in your order. No other provider of new mover data will make the same 90% guarantee.
In the rare instance that more than 10% of the records supplied in your order did not move in within the time period you designated, CertifiedMarketers.com will happily refund 100% of your money for those records. All refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
1. Your request must be made in writing to support@certifiedmarketers.com and must contain your:
Order Number (found on your receipt)
Order Date
Name
Company Name
Mailing Address
Email Address
2. Your request must be made within 7 days of your order.
3. You must attach to your email all of the records that you believe do not represent new movers within the timeframe you ordered along with a written explanation of the facts indicating that these are not new movers. CertifiedMarketers.com will manually verify whether these records do, in fact, represent new movers. Please allow up to three (3) business days for manual confirmation.
If, after confirmation by our staff, over 10% of the total records you ordered were not new movers within the timeframe you specified, CertifiedMarketers.com will issue a 100% refund for each and every non-"new mover" record, on a pro rata basis. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for a refund transaction to post.
